Sync BuddyForms Fields with Pods Fields

You can sync any BuddyForms field with a Pods field and update fields automatically during form submission or post save.

Step 1 
Make sure you have selected the correct post type. You can only sync fields from the same post type as your pods 

Step 2
Select the Pods field from the select option in the form element PODS tab.
