Manual Setup 
1. Installation

Install and activate the BuddyForms plugin.

Once you’ve activated BuddyForms, you should see a new BuddyForms tab located in the left side menu.

To create a new form, go to BuddyForms → Add New.

Choose your desired form name, and use the builder to create your form. Use the dropdown located in the bottom right corner of the form builder meta box in order to choose more fields.

Integration

In order to enable your website’s guests to make posts, you’ll need to embed the form somewhere on your website! Scroll down to the Form Setup meta box and click Edit Submissions.

In the Enable site members to manage their submissions section, choose your desired attached page to embed your form in, OR create a new page.

Moderation

Installing the BuddyForms Moderation plugin will create a new Moderation meta box in your BuddyForms form settings. This extension allows you to set your form’s moderation logic, as well as set the labels for various buttons, messages, and more!

Once your form is complete, hit Publish and your website visitors are free to make their own posts!
