Find the Taxonomy

If the taxonomy has an UI, go to the taxonomy in the WordPress backend and look for taxonomy= in the url.

Alternatively you can add a taxonomy form element to your form and just check the taxonomy dropdown to find the taxonomy. Most of the time the taxonomy is named after the plugin.
